RECREATIONAL ROWING
To participate in the Adult Recreational Program, you must have previous rowing experience, or complete
a Learn-to-Row clinic before the first night of the program. The Adult recreational program is a sweep
program and rowers will be grouped according to ability. The Adult program is 8 or 16 sessions - Twice a
week for 4 or 8 weeks.
You can sign up for the following:
Days:
- Monday & Wednesday
- Tuesday & Thursday
- 5:30pm-7:00pm M/W
- 7:00pm-8:30pm T/T
- May 7 - May 30
- May 8 - May 31
- June 4 - June 27
- June 5 - June 28
- July 2 - July 25
- July 3 - July 26
- August 6 - August 29
- August 7 - August 30
Prices:
- Adult Recreational Rowing - 4wks -----> $116 + 13% HST = $131.08
- Adult Recreational Rowing - 8wks -----> $184 + 13% HST = $207.92
Rowing is a team sport, and therefore, you are responsible for finding a substitute if you will not be able to attend a session. A list of substitutes will be posted at the club and we will make every effort to help you find a sub. In the event of dangerous weather and/or water conditions, crews will either train indoors or attempt to reschedule the missed outing.
