The Junior program is a fantastic way to get a head start for rowing in High School. It is intended for both novices rowers (new to the sport) and experienced rowers, who are looking to row in a crew boat for the summer. They will improve their fitness and skill levels while in a relaxed and fun environment. The Junior program is also a great way to learn proper weight training technique and basic nutrition for athletes.
Perfect for athletes ages 10- 14 years old!
The youth program is 16 sessions, twice a week for eight weeks. Sessions run throughout the summer from May until September.

In the event of dangerous weather and/or water conditions, crews will either train indoors or attempt to reschedule the missed outing.
